Without movement, there is no life!

To aspire to live a long and healthy life by reducing the impacts of aging (such as sarcopenia), it is essential to focus on various workouts that mimic everyday movements such as sitting, picking up an object, carrying bags, putting a box on top of the shelf, etc. To do this, functional training with or without weights is preferred, taking into account your age, your state of health and/or your personal goals.

I also work closely with a team of chiropractors who specialize in posture; our common goal is to reduce recurrence of injury and/or better target movement for those with conditions that require special attention.
